We process your orders within 48 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays not included). Once processed, your order will be dispatched.

All our orders are subject to a handling and bank clearance period before being dispatched.

Products are dispatched within 24 hours. Deliveries are usually made within 5 to 12 days, with a maximum of 20 days. Late deliveries do not give rise to compensation or reimbursement.
