Why haven't I received my confirmation email ?
A confirmation email is sent automatically after each order. If you have not received it, this may be for one of the following reasons:
- The email is in your spam box
- The email address you entered when ordering is not correct. In this case, please contact us and we will correct it with the correct email address.
My article still hasn't arrived, is this normal ?
We process your order within 48h working days, once it has been placed and processed it is dispatched the following day (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays not included).
All our orders are subject to a handling and bank clearance period before being dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive it within 10 to 12 calendar days.
We apologize for any delay. International shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance.

Our sets are factory-made by us. Travelling around the world has made us aware of the variety of know-how that exists, and it is comfort and lightness that we want to convey with Luxia...
How can I track the delivery of my order ?
As soon as you purchase your product, we'll send you an email with your tracking number, enabling you to follow the delivery precisely.
How secure are your deliveries ?
For our deliveries, we rely on companies with a proven track record in ultra-secure delivery.
What are your payment methods ?
You can pay by credit card (MasterCard, CB, American Express) or Paypal.
How can I cancel my order ?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail (within 24 hours). If your order has not been dispatched, we will be able to refund you directly. Please note, however, that once we have shipped your order, we no longer have the option of cancelling it. Your solution will be to return the product to us once it has been received, in accordance with our returns and refund policy.
I have a problem with a product I received. Example: I received the wrong model or the product is damaged.
You therefore have 7 days after receipt of the package to notify us. Please contact us using the contact form on our website, explaining the problem. We will take appropriate action.
If the product is damaged, we will send you a new one.
Before notifying us that you have not received the correct model, please double-check your original order and make sure that you did not make a mistake when ordering.
